Reservations and Arrivals

Payment on Booking:

  • 50% of payment is due upon booking, with the remainder due 1 week before your arrival.
     

  • Should payment not be received by the deadline, the deposit will be forfeited.
     

  • See the cancellation policy for cancellations.

Agreement for Occupation

  • You must be 18 years or over when you book your accommodation. Photo ID (such as photo driving licence or passport) MUST be available to us for the lead guest on check in, in line with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled.
     

  • You may arrive at your accommodation from 3pm (except if it is stated different) on the start day of your booking and, unless otherwise agreed, you must leave by 11am on the last day. If you fail to arrive by 8pm on the day of the start date and do not advise us of a late arrival we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
     

Client Obligations

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the entire property, this includes the windows and en suites
     

  • Check-in between 3pm to 5pm unless agreed in advance. Check out is at 11am
     

  • We try to be as flexible as possible - please enquire in advance if you require check-in/out at times different to those advertised.(Subject to availability/charge)
     

  • To ensure we are on site to greet you, please could you inform us of your approximate arrival time
     

  • Please note that, due to the chickens and cats on site, and sheep in the fields around us, no dogs are allowed on site. 

Cancellations Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away
     

  • From 14 days before check-in, 50% is refunded, or free transfer of dates and movement of booking
     

  • 24-hours before check-in, no refund given
     

  • We strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover payments required due to cancellations
